摘    要:建立了交流电弧发射光谱测定铜、铅和锌矿石中锡的分析方法.优化了最佳的缓冲剂组分类型和配比,采用Ge作为内标,选择了最佳的分析线对和仪器条件,消除了背景干扰和主量元素的谱线干扰.方法检出限是0.12μg/g,相对标准偏差为3.96 %-6.99%,经国家一级标准物质验证,方法相对误差(RE)在8%以内.该方法测定结果准确,可靠,可以满足地矿实验室对铜、铅和锌矿石中锡的分析需求.

Abstract:A new method was established to determine tin in copper, lead and zinc ores by emission spectrometry with vertical electrode. The type of buffers was chose and Ge was used as internal standard. The analytical line pairs was studied and the instrument operation parameters were optimized. The background interference and spectral line interference were eliminated. The detection limits of the method were 0. 12μg/g, respectively, with precision of 3. 96%-6.99% RSD (n=12) and RE less than 8%. The determination results are accurate and the method is suitable for the determination of tin in copper ,lead and zinc ores.
