原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的镉

摘    要:改进土壤中镉的测定方法.在土壤样品中加入浓硝酸和氢氟酸,在恒温干燥箱内100℃加热1h,冷却后加入2mL高氯酸,在电热板上沙浴消解,原子吸收光谱法测定样品中镉的含量.结果显示,该方法检出限为0.006mg/kg,相对标准偏差<5%,加标回收率为90%-107%.该方法样品不需高温消解,测定损失小,操作简便、快速,精密度和准确度较好.

Abstract:To improve the method which should be used to detect cadmium in soil. Nnitric acid and hydrofluoric acid was added in soil samples, and then the samples were heated in drying box at 100℃ for 1 hour. When the samples were cooled down, perchloric acid could be added and heated using balneum arenae method on electric hot plate. Cadmium in the samples was detected using atomic absorption spectrometry. The resuks showed that the detection limit was 0. 006mg/kg, the relative standard deviation was less than 5 %, and the recovery rate was 90 %-107 %. The samples don't need using high temperature digestion in this method, in which determination of the loss is smaller than other method. And this method is simple, fast, good precision and accuracy.
