摘    要:采用二阶导数光谱法测定溴新斯的明磷脂复合物的复合率,以264.2nm处测定振幅D值,测定溴新斯的明磷脂复合物中溴新斯的明的含量,由此计算复合率.结果表明,溴新斯的明在0.10-0.40mg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=0.3057x+0.0053,r=0.9992;平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD为1.16%(n=9).此方法准确,简便,快速,适用于溴新斯的明磷脂复合物复合率的测定.

Abstract:The complexation rate of neostigmine bromide-phospholipid was determined by second derivative spectrometry. The peak amplitude was determined when the wavelength was at 264.2nm. Then the complexation rate was calculated. The experiment had a good liner relationship range from 0.10 to 0.40mg · mL^-1 for neostigmine bromide content. The regression equation was as follow:y=0. 3057x+0. 0053 ,r=0. 9992. The average recovery rate was 99.86% ,RSD was 1.16% (n=9). The method was simple,accurate and rapid. It is suitable for the determination of the complexation rate of neostigmine bromide-phospholipid.
