The new function of modern scientific society

This paper illustrates the birth and development of the scientific society in terms of its transition of function.The changes of structure and function of the society are decided by that of economy,politics,science and technology.Because of the foundation of the socialist market economic system,the reform of the polititcal system and the changes of the character of scien ce,the society should alter its function to perfect communion and strengthen ser vice.
