| Abstract: | The goal, application method and operation practice of innovation vouchers in Ireland were analyzed, and based on practical situations of Nanjing, the application of demand-driven innovation voucher program was suggested so as to make full use of Nanjing＇s rich scientific ＆ technological resources and high-rank talents, and speed up the development of hi-tech industries in Nanjing. |
