摘    要:利用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定了血满草药材中8种微量元素钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、镁、铅、镉的含量。结果表明,血满草药材中含有较丰富的镁、钙、铁、锌。该法灵敏度高、快速、准确,所测数据可为血满草药材的合理利用提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Eight trace elements of Sambucus adnata Wall were determined.By microwave digestion-FAAS(flame-atomic absorption spectrometry).The result showed that the content of Mg,Ca,Fe and Zn in Sambucus adnata Wall. Was abundant. It concludes the method offers high sensitivity,speediness,high-speed and exactness,and the data provide an accurate and credible evidence for reasonable use of Sambucus adnata Wall.
