| 摘 要： | 深圳市由一个边陲小镇发展成为现代化的特大城市 ,城市规划从无到有 ,逐步完善 ,为城市功能的发挥起了良好的推动、调控、指导与服务作用 .通过对深圳市 2 0年城市规划与城市功能互动发展的透视 ,凝练出深圳城市规划在引导城市发展中的实证性经验 ,旨在为国内其它城市的规划与发展提供借鉴 .

| Abstract: | Shenzhen City,which used to be a small town of the frontier,has developed to be a modern big city.At first,it has no city planning,but it perfects gradually.For exerting of city function,it works the good push,adjustment and control,instruction and service function.By clairvoyance of Shenzhen City planning and city function of 20 years interact development,this paper sums up the practical experience of Shenzhen City planning,aiming at providing reference for the other cities of our country. |
