摘    要:建立了超声波提取-固相萃取净化-气相色谱法测定土壤及玉米中莠去津残留量的测定方法。样品经乙腈超声波提取,Florisil固相萃取柱净化,氮磷检测器检测。莠去津在0.05,0.1,1.0 mg/kg的3个添加水平,平均回收率为76.3%~101.3%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~8.0%,方法的最小检出量为0.01 ng。

Abstract:A method for the determination of atrazine residue in soil and maize had been developed.Samples were extracted by ultrasonic and cleaned up on a Florisil solid phase extraction column.Atrazine quantification was achieved by gas chromatography with an nitrogen phosphorus detector(GC-NPD).Compared with the available standard method of GB/T 5009.132-2003,the pretreatment of the new method was easy,rapid,cheap and less solvent consumption.The recoveries of atrazine ranged from 76.3 % to 101.3 % at the spiking l...
