| Abstract: | A solid phase extraction/gas chromatography-mass spectrometric(SPE/GC-MS)method was developed for the determination of migration of 10 organic compounds in toys.The experimental conditions of SPE/GC-MS such as SPE column,solvent elution and the analytical conditions of GC-MS were optimized.Toy sample was migrated by water for 60 min.The migration solution passed through Chromabond Easy SPE column and eluted by ethyl acetate for 5 times,was determined by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method.The l... |
