| Abstract: | A method was optimized with mix ture mode cation exchange solid phase extraction to purify tetrodotoxin in puffer fish instead of C18 solid phase extraction column.The tetrodotoxin was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Samples were extracted by 1%acetic acid(acetonitrile and methanol),purified by MCX-SPE and eluated by 5%ammonia/methanol,and the eluate was detected by HPLC-PAD.It was found that this method presented a good linear relationship over the tetrodotoxin concentration in the range... |
