摘    要:文章首先建立了线结构光传感器的数学模型,并通过成像关系分析建立了CCD敏感面积、测量范围及传感器结构参数间的联系,进而对传感器的测量误差进行深入分析。考虑到随机误差在实际应用中不易被修正,所以又建立了与传感器独立结构参数之间的关系,利用最优化方法得出了传感器独立结构参数的最优解,通过仿真法对优化结果进行验证,并给出了设计实例。

Abstract:In this paper, the model of line-structured light sensors is established first. After analyzing the image model of the optical system, the relationship among the CCD sensing area,the measurement range and the structure parameters of sensors are obtained. The measurement errors of the line-structured light sensors are analyzed in detail. Considering that the random errors can not be easily corrected in an actual system,the relationship between the random errors and the unattached parameters of the sensors is also determined and the values of the unattached parameters are worked out by an optimization method. At last, the results are testified by simulation and an example is presented.
