摘    要:目的:建立蒙药洁妇康洗剂的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别该处方中苦参、关黄柏、栀子、诃子。结果:检出了该处方中苦参代表性化学成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱、关黄柏的小檗碱、栀子的栀子苷和诃子的没食子酸,色谱分离好,斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便快捷,具有较好的专属性和重复性,可用于洁妇康洗剂质量的定性控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the identification method of Jiefukang lotion. Methods:Sophorae flavescentis Ra-dix, Phellodendri amurensis Cortex, Gardeniae Fructus, Chebulae Fructus in the formula were identified by TLC. Re-sults:The characteristic spots of matrine and oxymatrine in the Sophorae flavescentis Radix, berberine in the Phello-dendri amurensis Cortex, geniposide in the Gardeniae Fructus, gallic acid in the Chebulae Fructus were detected. The TLC spots were clear and well-separated, and the negative control showed no interference. Conclusion: Since the method is simple and convenient, and has good specificity and reproducibility, it can be used as the qualitative quality control of Jiefukang cotion.
