纤维素三(3, 5-二硝基)苯甲酸酯手性固定相的制备和应用研究

摘    要:纤维素三(3,5-二硝基)苯甲酸酯用超声反应合成,具有反PirkleI型手性固定相的结构,将其涂布在大孔硅胶载体上,用作一种新的高效液相色谱手性固定相,成功地拆分了布洛芬和氰戊菊酯的中间体。讨论了其分离的机理。

Abstract:Cellulose tris(3, 5-dinitro) benzoate (CTNB) was ultra-sonically synthesized as a reversed Pirkle chiral stationary phase (CSP) type I. After coating on macroporous silica gel, the chiral separation ability was studied as HPLC CSP. The resolution of ibuprofenum was performed with γ=1.25, the resolution of an esfenvalerate intermediate was also achieved (γ=1.39). The mechanism and model of separation were discussed.
