可雇佣性研究的文献计量分析:2000-2012

摘    要:检索中国学术期刊全文数据库,对2000-2012年可雇佣性研究论文进行文献计量分析,结果表明:国内可雇佣性研究已受到不同学科领域学者的关注,其不足之处表现在多数著者在该领域发文量少,核心著者群尚未形成,研究人员结构单一,缺乏不同机构及国际间的合作,总论型论文份额高,研究方法单一等方面。

Abstract:Correlative articles on employability research were retrieved from the Chinese Academic Periodical Full - text Database from 2000 to 2012. Select percentage as the major statistical method and compare the correlative articles in three aspects including the num- ber of articles, authors and research subjects. Statistics showed that employability research in china had already received the general at- tention of scholars in different disciplines. However the disadvantages were as follows, the majority of authors only published one paper in this filed. The core author group had not formed. Most researchers came from the same institutions lack of inter - organizational co- operation and international cooperation. General introduction papers accounted for a high proportion in all papers and most of them were written under a single approach.
