摘    要:文章重点介绍了现役热电材料(Bi2Te3,PbTe,SiGe)、常见结构类型(方钴矿型,笼合物型,Half-Heusler合金型,钠钴氧型和Zn4Sb3型)热电材料及新颖晶体结构类型的热电材料的晶体结构、热电性能、热电性能优化等方面的最新研究进展.

Abstract:A brief overview is given of several types of thermoelectric materials,including the standard Bi2Te3,PbTe and SiGe,common structures such as the skutterudites,clathrates,half-Heusler intermetallic compounds,metal oxides and Zn4Sb3-type compounds,as well as types with various new crystal structures.The crystal structure and optimization of the thermoelectric properties of these materials are discussed.
