摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱法对人口服毛果芸香碱后的尿样的代谢产物进行了研究.

Abstract:Metabolism of pilocarpine in human urine was studied by high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometric method after single oral dose 10 mg pilocarpine hydrochloride to a healthy male volunteer. The urine sample was collected from 0 to 8 h after oral administration. The urine sample was prepared by solid phase extraction, and then was analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring and product ion scan mode. Three metabolites were identified as the oxidative metabolite, pilocarpic acid and the glucuronide of pilocarpine.
