低频振动切削过程的理论研究

摘    要:对振动切削和普通切削的运动过程进行了理论研究,其中包括受力分析和运动分析,并且建立了相应的数学模型,同时基于Merritt等人所建立的普通切削系统的闭环模型,合理的建立了低频振动切削系统的闭环模型,并且比较了振动切削与普通切削机理之问的差异,为振动切削机理的完善奠定了基础。

Abstract:Moving process of vibration cutting and conventional cutting has been studied in this article. Analysis of the forces acting and the motion .has been studied, and its mathematical model is established. Based on closed loop model of conventional cutting system that had been established by Merfitt et al, reasonable closed loop model of low frequency vibration cutting system is established. The difference of vibration cutting mechanism and conventional cutting mechanism has been studied. This model offers the basis of improving the vibration.cutting mechanism.
