摘    要:采用超声波提取、硅烷化衍生、气相色谱-质谱(0C-MS)法,并以山梨酸和肉桂酸为双内标,建立了同时、快速分析烟叶中26种挥发性和半挥发性有机酸的方法.结果显示,所测定的26种有机酸中,工作曲线线性相关系数有23种在0.999以上;方法的相对标准偏差在0.87%~5.67%范围;回收率在83.5%~109.6%范围;方法...

Abstract:A method based on ultrasonic extraction and silyl derivation coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for simultaneous determination of 26 volatile,semi-volatile organic acids in tobacco leaves,with sorbic acid and cinnamic acid as the double internal standards.The results showed that the method had wide linear ranges.The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 0.87% and 5.67%,and the recoveries ranged from 83.5% to 109.6%.The detection limits and quantitative limits were 0.33...
