摘    要:描述新型Raney铁催化剂在制备时的抽滤工艺、抽滤温度、碱液浓度及合金组成等因素对其结构参数和浆态相F-T合成反应性能的影响规律,得到了较优化的催化剂制备参数;采用常规的制备途径,合金铝铁比为4,抽滤温度为85℃,碱液浓度为25%NaOH所制备的Raney铁催化剂F-T活性可以达到催化剂的水平。

EFFECT OF PREPARING CONDITION OF RANEY Fe CATALYST ON ITS STRUCTURE AND ACTIVITY
Abstract:The effects of preparation variables including leaching methods, temperature, alkali concentration, alloy composition on the structure and the F-T synthesis activity of Raney Fe were discussed in detail The optimized process for the Raney Fe preparation are obtained, which was using the regular leaching method, under higher leaching temperature, and medium concentration of alkali, and the Fe-Al with Al/Fe ratio of 4 The activity of the catalyst was up to that of precipitated Fe in slurry F-T synthesis
