摘    要:采用sol-gel法和高温灼烧制备了掺杂不同量的Cu^2 的TiO2/glass膜及纳米TiO2颗粒.研究了其对铝试剂的光催化降解过程,并由紫外吸收光谱对降解的中间产物进行了初步探讨.结果表明掺杂量为0.07%的Cu^2 时,光催化活性最佳.结合压电传感技术在线检测了不同气体氛围对TiO2光催化剂催化效果的影响,定量说明O2有利于光催化,而N2对其有抑制作用.

Abstract:The copper-doped titanium dioxide or pure nanometer titanium dioxide was prepared with sol-gel and calcination methods. Aluminum was gradated on TiO_2/glass and nanometer TiO_2 by photocatalysis, and the intermediates were determined with the UV absorption spectra.The best catalytic activity was observed in TiO_2 with 0.07% doped Cu~(2+). The mass decrease of aluminum and the effect of photocatalysis on TiO_2 were detected under different vapors on-line by means of piezoelectricity technology, and their catalytic activity was increased in oxygen atmosphere, but was inhibited in nitrogen atmosphere.
