摘    要:以杭白菊茎尖为试材,将其接种在培养基上(以NAA,AC,2,4-D,6-BA及水解乳蛋白为5因素进行正交,设计16组培养基)进行愈伤诱导及出芽,探讨不同添加剂对杭白菊组织培养的影响,同时分析不同因素之间影响的显著性.结果表明,不同种类浓度配比对杭白菊组织培养会产生较大影响,最佳愈伤培养基组成为MS+3mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA+0.8mg/L2,4-D+0.5%AC+0.2%水解乳蛋白+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖;出芽培养基最佳组成为MS+1mg/L6-BA+0.5%AC+0.8%琼脂+3%蔗糖.

Abstract:Some stem tips of Chrysanthemum morifolium regarded as samples were transplanted on different mediums obtained by orthogonal method with five factors and four levels to introduce callus and sprout. The effects of different hormones and additives on explants of Chrysanthemum morifolium and the significance of diffirent factors were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences among the five factors. MS+ 3 mg/L 6-BA+ 0. 5 mg/L NAA+ 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D 0.5% AC+0. 2% hydrolysis lacto-protein+0.80/00 agar+3% sucrose was the best callus medium. MS+ 1 mg/L 6-BA+0.5% AC 0. 8% agar+3% sucrose was the best sprout medium.
