| 摘 要： | 为了降低煤炭企业物资库存管理成本,本文结合郑州煤电物资供销公司的实际情况,提出了考虑供过于求时,剩余物资对库存以及订货量影响的多周期库存模型。不同于经典报童模型中以订货量为自变量,本模型以期望利润为目标函数,以初始库存为自变量,在期望利润最大的情况下,得出每个周期的初始库存水平。通过郑州煤电物资供销公司的物资库存管理实例计算,结果表明可降低库存成本50%左右,说明该模型合理可行。
