碳纳米管催化合成乙酸乙酯

摘    要:研究了用湿法氧化法处理过的工业级多壁碳纳米管为催化剂,乙酸和乙醇为原料合成乙酸乙酯。实验结果表明,其最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比2.5∶1、催化剂用量1.5g(对应乙酸用量0.2mol)、反应时间2.5h、反应温度92℃,乙酸转化率58%.该催化剂对设备无腐蚀性、与产品分离简单、可回收重复使用,是一种绿色环保催化剂。

Abstract:Synthesis of ethyl acetate catalyzed by carbon nanotubes which treated by liquid-phase oxidation was studied.The best reaction conditions are as follow: ratio of alcohol to acid is 2.5∶1,level of catalyst is 1.5 g(about 0.2 mol acetic acid),the reaction time is 2.5 h,and the best temperature is around 92℃.The results showed the conversion of acetic acid more than 58 percent.The catalyst is not corrosive for the device,recycle,and products form is simple.It is a green route to the synthesis of ethyl acetate.
