| Abstract: | According to the relevant statistical data of Shanghai from 1995 to 2012,we analyzed the relationship between the port development and economic growth by using co-integration analysis. The study shows that there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the them. Finally,we put forward coordinated development suggestions of Shanghai. |
