| 摘 要： | 汇丰、花旗等外资银行随着列强侵略中国的步伐先后进入上海，无论是代表在中国的洋行还是其本国之内金融财团的利益，它们在存、贷、汇等业务上全面攫取利益的行为是一样的。为求得生存和发展。它们与上海的钱庄、华资银行以及中国政府之问均形成既冲突又相互支持的局面，而一切关系的转化都以它们的利益为出发点。

| Abstract: | The foreign banks such as Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation and International Banking Corporation came to Shanghai treading on the heels of the foreign invaders.Whether they represented the benefits of the foreign traders in China or in their own countries,they all snatched excess profits in every aspects of operations.They formed the relations of either conflict or help with the old banks,modern banks and governments of China,which changed with their benefits. |
