外场多光轴平行性测试的光学系统设计

摘    要:针对外场条件下因大气环境影响导致多光轴平行性误差的问题,设计了一种可见光、1.06μm激光及812μm的长波红外多光轴平行性测试的光学系统,系统采用卡塞格林系统为共光路并以可见光为基准光轴.卡塞格林系统的主次镜均采用双曲面校正球差及慧差,添加校正透镜减小了轴外像差.设计结果表明,该光学系统成像质量达到了衍射极限,在大气...

Abstract:Aiming at the deviation of multi-optical axis parallelism because of the temperature and humidity in field,an optical system is designed for measuring the multi-optical axis parallelism among visible light,1.06μm laser and 8~12μm long wave infrared.The optical system takes Cassegrain system as co-window and visible light as the reference axis.On the basis of the initial structure parameters and optimization,the primary and secondary mirror of Cassegrain system are hyperboloid which can correct spherical aberration and coma,and the addition of the correction mirror can decrease external axis aberration.The experiment shows that the image quality reaches the diffraction limit and optical properties meet requirements which play a key role in the measurement of multi-optical axis parallelism in field.
