摘    要:考虑激光棒的热透镜效应对有源平平腔、平凹腔进行了数值计算,分析了谐振腔内激光光斑及腔体的稳定性.实验中以Er3+:Yb3+共掺磷酸盐玻璃为工作介质,成功地实现了平凹腔在常温下连续输出TEM00模的1.54μm激光,最大输出功率为21.5mW,光光转换效率达到了0.7%.

Abstract:According to ABCD transmission matrix theory the cavity is designed.Considering the thermal-lensing effect,the stability of laser cavity and 1.54μm laser beam waist are analyzed to guide optimized cavity parameters.By using Er3+:Yb3+ codoped phosphate glass,a flat-concave cavity system lasing 1.54μm wavelength of TEM00 mode is realized.The maximum output power of 21.5mW and the optics to optics conversion efficiency up to 0.7% are obtained.
