Abstract:The damage of bovine serum albumin(BSA) molecules under the action of methylene blue(MB) activated by ultrasonic irradiation was detected by UV-Vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy,and influencing factors such as ultrasonic irradiation time,MB concentration and pH value on the damage of BSA molecules were also investigated.The results show that under certain conditions,the damage of BSA molecules was enhanced with the increases of the ultrasonic irradiation time,MB concentration,and pH value,that ...
