应用型本科数控课程实践教学的研究与实践

摘    要:针对应用型本科学生理论基础薄弱的特点,因材施教的提出一种利用数控仿真软件提高学生熟练掌握数控设备基本编程技能和数控设备能力的方法。该方法主要在改革传统纯理论课程教学形式的基础上,通过案例引导,使学生直观理解所学的数控原理,并掌握数控仿真软件在实践教学中的应用。该方法与传统教学方式相比较,不仅可以使学生在现有数控设备限制的条件下,有效的掌握操作数控仿真软件的基本方法,而且使学生较容易的掌握所学的理论知识,学以致用。

Abstract:For applied undergraduate students theoretical foundation is weak,individualized propose a NC simulation software to improve the students master basic programming skills of CNC equipment and CNC equipment.This method is mainly on the reform of the traditional pure form of teaching through case guidance,so that the the NC school students an intuitive understanding of the principle,and mastery of the NC simulation software practice teaching.The method is compared with traditional teaching methods,so that students can not only master the basic method of operation of CNC simulation software under the conditions of the existing CNC equipment restrictions,effective,and make students more easily grasp the theory of knowledge,apply their knowledge.
