| 摘 要： | 目的:为探索治疗心衰更好的方法及药物.方法:分为治疗组服传统中药生脉散加味配合西药常规疗法,对照组采用常规疗法加服卡托普利及利尿剂,15 d后比较治疗效果.结果: 中西结合组疗效优于单纯西药组. 结论:认为传统中药生脉散加味配合西药常规治疗慢性心衰比单一应用抗心衰药卡托普利疗效更好.

| Abstract: | Aim:to compare the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Mai San and western medicines with Captopril in treatment chronic heart failure. Methods: to create eleven cases with combination of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Mai San and western medicines and compare the other patients (eleven cases) with Captopril and diuretics. After treatment 15 days, the curative effect was estimated. Results: the symptoms of all patients were improved, but there was remarkable effect in those with the treatment of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicines. Conclusions: the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine Sheng Mai San and western medicines is better than that of Captopril as a cure for heart failure. |
