学习型社会构建的制约因素与对策初探

摘    要:学习型社会是人类社会发展到知识经济时代和信息时代的必然产物。它是一种以社会成员终身学习意识为内在动力,以社会终身教育体制为外在支撑的社会形态。构建学习型社会对我国具有十分重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。但由于思想观念、教育体制和评价机制等诸方面因素的制约,我国学习型社会的构建任重道远。因此,要从树立终身学习观念,建立终身教育体制等角度入手,积极推动我国学习型社会的构建。

A Tentative Study on Restrained Factors and Strategies for Establishment of Learning - oriented Society

Abstract:Learning-oriented society is an inevitable result when knowledge economy and information era come in the human society.It is such a social formation in which all the people are internally motivated by notions of lifelong study,and externally supported by the system of lifelong education.To construct a learning-oriented society is of great realistic and historic significance for our country.While it will take a long journey to accomplish the arduous task because of the restraints of concept,educational system and assessment mechanism,etc.So,only by nurturing the notions of lifelong study and building the system of lifelong education can we promote the establishment of learning-oriented society in our country.
