马克思主义正义观及其视域下的农民工问题

农民工是一个特殊的社会群体,他们为国家贡献大而收入少,参与创造了现代城市文明却无法和城市市民一样共享文明成果。这一现象实质上是社会的公平正义问题。马克思主义正义观的内涵可以表述为：唯物史观和剩余价值学说是其思想基础;社会的制度正义是其核心内容;自由、平等、全面发展的价值追求是其灵魂所在。农民工问题的存在是与马克思主义正义观的要求不相符合的,正义的相对欠缺是导致农民工问题的关键所在。因此,消解农民工问题的根本出路在于制度设计层面,必须从理念上、内容上和现实操作性上确立与完善一系列涉及农民和农民工的具体的社会正义制度。

MARXIST CONCEPTION OF JUSTICE AND PROBLEMS OF PEASANT WORKERS FROM ITS PERSPECTIVE

Peasant workers is a peculiar social group who made more contribution to our country than what they gained,they had taken part in creating the modern urban civilization while they can＇t share it with city residents.The phenomen on,essentially,is involved in the problem of social fair and justice.The connotation of Marxist conception of justice is：historical materialism and Marxis t theory of surplus value is the ideological basis of it,social system of justice is the core of it,and its soul is the pursuit of freed om,equality andcomprehensive development.Existenc e of the problem of peasant workers doesn＇t match with the requirements of the Marxist conception of justice.Lack of justice is the crucial factor that led to the emergence of the issue of peasant workers.Therefore,the system design is the fundamental way that resolves problems of peasant workers,we must establish and perfect the social system of justice from the concept,content and realistic operational.
