| 摘 要： | 观察了白细胞介素－２和白细胞介素－６治疗恶性肿瘤３６例疗效及微量元素锌（Ｚｕ）和铜（Ｃｕ）的变化，经治疗后，其中部分缓解８例，好转１６例，稳定７例，发展５例。治疗后３６例恶性肿瘤患者血清Ｚｎ含量和Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ比值明显升高，而Ｃｕ含量明显降低，结果提示，Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ比值对恶性肿瘤的疗效和预后有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | cases with malignant tumors were treated with interleukin.The results were observed.After the treatment,the content of Zn and Zn/Cu ratio in patients with malignant tumors increased obviously,while the content of Cu decreased.It was concluded that there was a correlation between the concentration of Zn,Cu and Zn/Cu ratio and the condition of malignant tumors. |
