| Abstract: | Diffraction analysis of polycrystals is adapted to the state of their dislocation structure. A structure with small dislocation loops (the martensite-transformation structure) is revealed clearly. For large dislocation loops (the plastic-deformation structure), distinguishability of loop sizes is restricted significantly. |
