| Abstract: | A mathematic model for the HPLC determination of sudan in chili oil was established in this paper.The calculation formula was deduced.Some data were collected in the process of analyzing the chili oil samples and the various uncertainties were calculated.The combined uncertainty was finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various components. |
