| 摘 要： | 从工厂与研究单位送检的３０株石油发酵酵母菌，经鉴定分别属于３个属６个种：其中７株为皱格假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｒｕｇｏｓａ），６株为热带假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｔｒｏｐｉｃａｌｉｓ），７株为解脂假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｌｉｐｏｌｙｔｉｃａ），７株为季也蒙假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｇｕｉｌｔｉｅｒｍｏｎｄｉｉ），２株为脱蜡球拟酵母（Ｔｏｒｕｌｏｐｓｉｓｄｉｐｏｒａｆｆｉｎ），１株为皮状丝抱酵母（Ｔｉｒｃｈｏｓｐｏｒｏｎｃｕｆａｎｅｕｎ）；其中２７株属假丝酵母属，２株为球拟酵母属，１株为丝抱酵母属。

| Abstract: | Thirty strains of petroleum fermentative yeasts from factories and research institutes were determined to belong to 3 genera and 6 species respectively. They are 6 strains inCandida tropeals, 7 in Candida it'POlytica, 7 in Candida rugosa, 7 in Candidaguilliermindii, 2 in TOrulopsis deparaffin and I in Trichostwon cutaneun. The experimental results show that there are 27 strains in Candida, 2 in Torulopsis and 1 in Trichosporon.Candida tropicalis SD1, U3-21, HYUm, Y3, C. Rugosa C90, C. lipolytic 716, B11 were industrial high producers of dicarboxylic acids, fumaric acid, malic acid, citric acid and petroleumdeparaffinage, respectively. |
