基于灰色关联度和AHP的胜任特征评价研究:以边防军官为例

摘    要:按照客观性、科学性与发展性原则,构建了边防军官胜任特征的评价指标体系,由3个一级指标与11个二级指标构成.在此基础上,提出了基于灰色关联度和AHP的胜任特征评价方法,并以某边防团对边防军官的胜任特征评价为例进行了实例分析,验证了方法的科学性与合理性.

Abstract:In accordance with objective,scientific and development principles,evaluation index system of competency of border officers was built,which was made up of 3 dimensions and 11 elements.On the bases,competency evaluation method based on gray correlation degree and AHP was put forward.Meanwhile,the rationality of the method was testified through an application example.
