摘    要:通过总结梳理国内外创新型人才素质特征,提出基于IQ-EQ-AQ的创新型人才素质模型,介绍属性值为区间数的多属性决策方法的工作原理,并应用该方法结合所提出的模型对创新型人才的素质进行评价.

Abstract:By summarizing and carding the features of innovative talents quality at home and abroad,this paper proposes a model of innovative talents quality based on IQ-EQ-AQ. Then,the working principles of multiple attribute decision making method,whose attribute values are interval numbers,are introduced.Finally,innovative talents qualities are evaluated with this method and the proposed model.
