超细羊毛纤维结构与性能的研究

摘    要:本文对超细羊毛纤维的形态特征、细度、长度、拉伸力学性能、吸湿性能、密度与保暖性能进行了测定,并与70s细羊毛进行比较。研究结果表明:超细羊毛与70s细羊毛相比纵向截面形态相近,但鳞片形状有差异,且其细度较细,强力、断裂伸长率、保暖率均高于70S羊毛。

Abstract:The article discussed the physical properties index of superfine wool fiber. The index consists of morphological characteristic, fineness length, tension strength, moisture absorption, density and thermal properties, and compared these indexes with 70S fine wool fiber. The results showed that the longitudinal section shape of Superfine wool fiber was similar to 70S fine wool fiber, but compared with other indexes, it had many differences such as their flake shapes were different, the fineness of Superfine wool fiber was more finer than 70S fine wool fiber, and its strength, elongation at break and warmth retention rate was higher than that of 70S wool fiber.
