太赫兹散射特性测量中探测离焦量的分析

摘    要:为研究太赫兹散射特性测量中探测器在离焦情况下的探测结果,采用ZEMAX光学设计分析软件,对太赫兹散射特性测量系统进行建模和仿真,在探测器直径为6 mm的情况下,对波长为118.83μm的太赫兹发射源进行研究,通过对像高的控制和对探测器各视场能量的仿真测量,得出在离焦情况下系统所允许的最大离焦量为-2.24 mm~1.86 mm,为散射特性的实际测量提供理论支撑。
