| 摘 要： | 应用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）测定了正常大鼠肺及肝组织中细胞膜磷脂的含量及热应激时膜磷脂的含量变化。流动相为甲醇∶乙腈∶８５％磷酸（３∶１００∶１，Ｖ／Ｖ／Ｖ），色谱柱为μ－Ｐｏｒａｓｉｌ柱（３．９ｍｍｉ．ｄ．×３００ｍｍ）。通过测定膜磷脂的变化，可以为阐明机体的发病机理提供可靠的数据
