摘    要:本文研究了用氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定食品中痕量铅的方法。该法简便、快速,扩大了火焰原子吸收的分析范围,具有良好的精密度和准确度。测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.39%,平均回收率为92.46%。

Abstract:This paper studied a new method for the determin ation of trace Pb in foods by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry .This method is simple and rapid.Compared with the flame atomic absorption spect rometry,it extends the analytic range and offers good precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation is 2.39% and the rate of recovery is 92.46%.
