| Abstract: | The synthesis, characteristics and analytical properties of salicylaldehyde-1-phthalazinohydrazone are described. Spectral characteristics, pK values, the effect of oxidizing and reducing agents, resistance to hydrolysis, and reactions with common cations are reported. |
