| Abstract: | This paper suggests a handy method of obtaining equations to predict the fundamental parameters of an FIA peak--travel time, baseline-to-baseline time, peak height and appearance time of the maximum for a simple configuration--by performing a small number of preliminary experiments in the region in which FIA system usually operates. |
