Abstract:To investigate the effect of Aralia echinocaulis Hand.Mazz on bone mineral elements of fracture model in SD rat,250 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids low dosage group(10 mg·kg-1),middle dosage group(20 mg·kg-1)and high dosage group(30 mg·kg-1).Rats in the control group were treated with dissolvent,the others were treated with fractured firstly,and then,the rats in model group were treated with dissolvent,the Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz different groups were treated with related dosage flavonoids,respectively,once a day.During 4 weeks,target metal elements(Ca,Mg,P,Mn,Cu,Se,Zn)of tibia in different times(including the 4 th day,the 7 th day,the 14th day,the 21 st day and the 28 th day)were analyzed by ICP-MS.The results showed that Aralia echinocaulis Hand.Mazz flavonoids could improve the content of seven metal elements in tibia fracture model.It provided useful data for discussing the relationship between the content of the metal elements in Aralia echinocaulis Hand.Mazz and mechanism of fracture healing.
