摘    要:在国际等离子体科学与技术会议上共提出论文117篇,代表了在这个领域中最近的发展和成就.论文集分综述、热等离子体(近平衡)和低气压等离子体(非平衡)三个部分.热等离子体方面包括基本过程和模型,诊断,等离子体系统,熔化和气化,冶金,化工过程和热解.低气压等离子体方面包括基本过程和模型,诊断,聚合和表面处理,蚀刻和沉积. 本文包括四部分,即会议概况,主要学术内容,会议特点和等离子体技术前景.

Abstract:117 papers arc presented in the ICPST (International Conference on Plasma Science and Technology). Their coverage is comprehensive. They represent the recent development and -achievement in this field. The proceedings of the ICPST is divided into three parts, i.e. survey papers, thermal plasmas (near equilibrium) and low pressure plasmas (non-equilibrium). In the thermal plasma field arc included basic processes and modelling, diagnostics, plasma systems, melting and evaporation, metallurgy, chemical synthesis, and pyrolysis. In the low pressure plasmas field arc included basic processes and modelling, diagnostics, polymerization and surface treatment, etching and deposition.The review of the ICPST is given in this paper. The paper contains four parts, i.c. the general introduction of the ICPST. the discussion of the papers, the main features of the ISPST, and the perspective of the plasma technology.
