宽带直流放大器的设计

摘    要:宽带直流放大器在无线通信领域,尤其是发射机的末级有重要的用途.通过各种方案的比较,系统采用运放0PA690作为前级和中间级放大,输出级采用±15 V供电的视频运放AD811,辅以相应的偏置电路和程控可调电阻实现增益的调节,以单片机MSP430为控制核心;设计出电压增益Av范围为0~60dB,最大输出电压有效值V0≥10V,3dB通频带为0~10MHz的宽带直流放大器.人机接口采用红外遥控及LCD液晶显示器,控制界面直观、简洁,具有良好的人机交互性能.

Abstract:Wide band DC Amplifier can be widely used in wireless telecommunication field,especially in the output side of a transmitter.Based on the comparison of various methods,the system uses OPA690 as front and middle amplifiers and AD811 as the output amplifier,and uses the adjustable resistors to change gain of wide band DC Amplifier.The experiment shows that voltage gain ranges from 0dB to 60dB.The maximum output sine voltage is more than 10 volts.The 3dB pass band is from 0 to 10MHz.The whole system is control...
