| 摘 要： | 分析了远程教育管理涉及的教育模式和管理内容，并给出了基于ＣＥＲＮＥＴ、Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网络环境下的初步实施方案，对阐述了如何实现ＷＷＷ服务器对数据库的高效防间和系统的安全等有关技术问题。
