| 摘 要： | 建立紫外分光光度法测定吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物含量的方法。以无水乙醇为空白,测定波长为225nm。结果表明,EVO在1.05—4.20μg.mL-1范围内吴茱萸碱的吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.72%(n=9)。本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,能准确测定吴茱萸碱磷脂复合物中吴茱萸碱的含量。

| Abstract: | The method for the determination of the content of evodiamine-phospholipid complex was established by UV spectrophotometry.The detection wavelength was 225nm with dehydrated alcohol as the blank control.There was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the evodiamine concentration in the range of 1.05—4.20μg·mL-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The average recovery was 99.51% with RSD of 0.72%(n=9).The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be applied to accurately determining the content of evodiamine in the evodiamine-phospholipid. |
