当前干部选拔任用中要注意解决的几个主要问题

坚持任人唯贤,反对用人上的不正之风是加强和改进党的作风建设的组织保证,当前干部选拔任用中存在的主要问题有：“重才轻备”现象,“知熟善任”现象,“领导秘书普遍重用”现象;“招呼”现象;“会跑会器的孩子有奶吃”现象,“一把手说了算”现象。这些用人上的不正之风必须要引起各级党组织和领导干部的注意和重视,并认真加以解决。
